Terms and Conditions

• Trainees are required to attend all training days and hours. They will be excluded from the program if their absence exceeds 20% of the training hours and will not be entitled to a certificate of attendance.
• After payment and seat reservation, trainees are not entitled to a refund of course fees after the first day, except in cases of postponement or cancellation of the training program by the training center or for valid reasons in accordance with the regulations and bylaws of the organization.
• Trainees must respect the rights of others and maintain courteous conduct with all trainees, trainers, and staff at the training center.
• Trainees must adhere to the start and end dates of training courses.
• The certificate will be uploaded electronically to the trainee's profile on the "Manar" platform within two working days of the course's completion, after verifying that all requirements for obtaining the certificate have been met.
• Trainees must protect the intellectual property rights of the training materials and kits and may not publish these materials without obtaining written permission from the training center.
